to revoke the order. With the exception of transmission and connection fees, the revocation does not incur any costs for you.

The customer has the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform TOBALIE GmbH, Eschenbachgasse 11/DG, 1010 Vienna (e-mail: office@tobalie.com;) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of his decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, the customer may use the attached model withdrawal form, which, however, is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the customer sends the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If the customer revokes this contract, Tobalie shall repay to the customer all payments that Tobalie has received from the customer, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that the customer has chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Tobalie), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which Tobalie has received the notification of the customer’s revocation of this contract. For this repayment, Tobalie shall use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; in no case shall Tobalie charge the customer any fees due to this repayment.

Tobalie may refuse repayment until Tobalie has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The customer shall return or hand over the goods to TOBALIE GmbH, Eschenbachgasse 11/DG, 1010 Vienna, without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which the customer notifies Tobalie of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days.

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. The standard shipping costs are EUR 4.90 in Austria. The shipping costs for bulky goods or shipments from other EU countries are estimated at a maximum of about EUR 25.00. The customer must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods not necessary for the examination of the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
